Dr. Jeffrey Davenport, MD, is a family medicine physician whose expertise in regenerative medicine and direct primary care (DPC) embodies Anagen Medical Institute's vision of unlocking the body's natural ability to heal and maintain health. With a career rooted in innovative, patient-centered care, Dr. Davenport is committed to advancing our mission to become the leading network of regenerative healthcare clinics across the Sunbelt states. A proud Oklahoman, Dr. Davenport graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University before earning his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Dr. James Peck, DDS, a founder of Anagen Medical Institute, focuses on facial cosmetics and non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD). Using his vision for Anagen to unlock the body's natural ability to heal and maintain health, Dr. Peck provides advanced regenerative treatment for TMJ disorders combined with time-honored treatments to create lasting transformation and renewed function and comfort. Drawing on 15 years of foundational experience in general family practice, Dr. Peck now channels his expertise into full-mouth implants and his mission-driven work at Anagen.

Belma Garcia brings more than 20 years of experience in medical and dental practice management to Anagen Medical Institute, where she plays a central role in shaping clinic operations, patient experience, and long-term growth. Her work ensures that the systems supporting patient care are efficient, compliant, and effective at delivering patient-first regenerative medicine and non-surgical care. She has led the opening, management, and optimization of multiple healthcare clinics, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and high-quality care delivery. As a former business owner with leadership experience in healthcare education, Belma is known for building scalable systems, developing high-performing teams, and supporting sustainable growth in complex clinical environments. Clinically trained as a Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, and Phlebotomist, Belma brings a hands-on understanding of clinical workflows and provider needs. She works closely with physicians and dentists to ensure alignment between clinical care, patient communication, and operational execution—helping create a seamless and consistent experience for patients seeking regenerative health solutions.
